Hey everyone, and welcome to my review of Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Just a heads up, this will contain spoilers, so if you haven’t seen it yet, this is your first and only warning………. alright I assume you are gone. Over the past few days, there has been debates on whether or not this film was good, some say it was terrible and some say it was great. I for one thought it was a really great film. Everything worked for it in my opinion.

I’m gonna separate the good and the bad from this movie, so I’m gonna start with the good. There is a lot of good stuff in this, so it is hard to figure out what to use. Let’s start with Luke. Luke exceeded my expectations of how he was going to be in this movie. At first thought they were going to butcher his character in this movie, but in fact they handled him just fine. My favorite part of the movie is the face off between him and Kylo Ren. Luke ultimately died at the end, which I was disappointed about it, but he went out with a bang. Another thing that they did well is the connection between Rey and Kylo. I was hesitant about it at first but they did it well. One of my other favorite parts is when Rey and Kylo team up, it was just epic. To wrap it up, I thought the story was, the characters were good, etc.

Like with every movie, the last Jedi has it’s flaws. One of the things I didn’t really care for the Finn and Rose mission. I like their characters, but I just think that part was kind of useless. Another thing to add, is that I wish Leia was in it more than she was. There also some points of the movie where it seemed it wasn’t going anywhere, but then it picked up again later.

The rating of 1-10 I would give this movie is a solid 9.5. Like I said before, the plot was great, the characters were great, and set up for an epic conclusion to the trilogy. Out all 9 movies I would rank this one at the number 3 spot on my list. Hope y’all liked this review and I look forward to doing more things like this.

After further analysis and watching the other movies, I ranked the last jedi too high on my list. So, its new ranking will be the number 6 spot. The actual rating is still the same.
