On Tuesday, President Trump put out an Executive Order that temporarily suspends immigration into the United States in response to the Coronavirus Pandemic. President Trump tweeted this out this morning announcing the EO.

In light of the attack from the Invisible Enemy, as well as the need to protect the jobs of our GREAT American Citizens, I will be signing an Executive Order to temporarily suspend immigration into the United States! – President Trump

The order is set to go into effect immediately.

My Opinion:

I think this is a good move by the President, my only complaint is that I wish he did it sooner, but other than that, it’s a good move. The left of course is freaking out and calling him a racist for the move. They seem to ignore that having a bunch of people coming in unvetted during a pandemic, will make things much worse.
