On Sunday, American born Israeli activist, Ari Fuld, was tragically killed outside of the West Bank mall after a 17 year old Palestinian terrorist stabbed him, which occurred shortly before noon. After being stabbed, Fuld along with other civilians, chased and shot the attacker. Fuld was rushed to a nearby hospital where he died from his injuries. The attacker is in moderate condition, according to the Times of Israel.
Ari Fuld recieved support from several politicians including the prime minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu, who complimented him for his strength to chase after his attacker, even with a stab wound.
Fuld is well known for his activism in support for the nation on Israel. He worked for Standard Together, which is a non-governmental organization that supports Israeli soldiers. He described himself as a “strong advocate for Israel”. He believes that the Israelites have a sovereign right to the land, which was proscribed to them by God. He was a volunteer for IDF, the Israel military, and was even involved in the Lebanon War. He was also a member of the National Union Party, which is part of the Jewish home faction in Knesset. The National Union Party in a statement, described Fuld as so:
Fuld was described as a lover of the land who fought for it, a man of truth, caring and kind. He advocated for the land of Israel with all his might, in Israel and around the world.
My prayers go out to him and his family. He was a strong and noble man who fought for the right causes. May God bless him and his family.
This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
